Aaron Walker
Aaron ‘s a busy, busy, guy. recording and performing with about
every band that’s ever been through Lancaster.
The bands that he hasn’t worked with, he’s taught their drummer
how to play. I
don’t remember when I met Aaron, but he’s always been
a pro. I brought him in to record some extra percussion and back
up vocals on our first CD, “Somethin’s Definitely Goin’ On”.
At the time he was with “Burning Bus” and they were on the verge of
breaking through to the big time (almost). We’d always run into
the each other late at jam sessions and get into conversations that
lasted til 4 in the morning. For the life of me I can’t remember when
he first started hitting with us. But it seems like he’s always been
in the family. When he was touring full time with Tom Larsen he would
do our week night gigs, and he hit with us a lot in N.Y.C. and now he’s
with us almost full time these days and it’s a pleasure to have him.
Aaron has his
own project about to bloom with their CD just about completed.
Their band is called O.C.D. Circus, and they are very talented
and way interesting. Aaron recorded all the drum tracks on our
brand new CD “Ain’t That Somethin’”
P.S. I hope our CD takes off quickly because
Aaron has used most of the D.C. members to record his C.D. (Just
because you’re paranoid, doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be)
