On Nov. 26, 2003, D.C. & Co. with special
guest "Pillars of Society" Hosted a benefit to raise money for "Hospice
of Lancaster County" As always, the great people of our community came out in droves for a night of fun and to raise money for the cause! |

With the help of so many making the event a total success, we were able to present "Hospice of Lancaster County" checks for over "$3,400.00. | |||||||||||||||||||||

"Givin' Back" was held Thanksgiving eve,exactly
one year after the "Lend A Foot" Benefit that we had for our
percussionist "Gary Miller" who had just lost both legs to a blood
disorder. This photo captured a special moment for us all. When it was
time for Gary to sing, I couldn't stretch the mic chord far enough to
reach him at his congas. So for the first time since his amputation, Gary walked front and center, on his new legs, with out the help of cruthces, and tore it up! It was such a special moment for the audience, the band, and Gary. It's times like this that remind us of what Thanksgiving's all about. |
